現在元我堂はあたらしくおもしろくなっていくべく
いろいろと考えたり、制作したりと
改良中でございます。
なのでひさしぶりにおやすみをとって、外へ視察へ！
本日の視察は、
黄金町のA-2スタジオにいってきました。
3月くらいから日替わり店長がお店を代わる代わる持っているらしく、
3月20日は橋本さんと宇田川さんの一日店長でした。
そして、元我堂水曜店番のエノモもお手伝いしてるというので、
そりゃーぜひ、と視察にいってきたのです。
小さいスペースながらも既にお客さんは満員ぎゅうぎゅうで、
詰めてもらって席を確保しました。
二階にも人がいるようで、のぞきこまれています。
監視されているようななんだか変な不思議な気持ちです。
動物園の動物の食事のような、こういう気持ちで象はいるんだろうか。
うーん、おもしろい。
あ！エノモ！
ちらっちらっとのれんの奥に見えました。
満員の店を切り盛りすべく、わたわた動いておりました。
そして、注文して、エノモチャイをつくってもらいました！
やさしい味〜
今回はホットサンドと薫製の店ということで、こんなメニュー。
他にもポトフや、ラム肉、ベーコン、などなど
すごいうまそうなじゅるじゅるメニューがたっぷり。
ホットサンドの玉ねぎがあまくてやらかくて、おいしかった！
薫製もフライパンでできるんですねぇ。
オリーブオイルや食へのこだわりが感じられるすばらしい薫製制作風景も
しかとこの目に焼き付けてきました。
3月22日あしたは「ゆうやけ市」！
フリーマーケットやコーヒーや軽い飲食を計画中です！

If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
